Description Of Changes

This commit updates the test packages on the repository to match the packages hosted on the internal repository.

Motivation and Context

Keeping the packages in sync between our internal repository and this one.

Testing

N/A - These packages are used internally and as part of testing within this repository. This brings them in line with what they are already be used and tested as internally.

N/A
