Experimental prototype demonstrating rendering image pixels as DOM elements.

Includes:
* Undertone Generator (C#). Converts an image into a JS file. Creates a "utclut" (Undertone colour lookup table) that is used to map the pixels of specific colours onto the screen.
* undertone.js - renders a utclut into a DOM element
* index.html - demonstrates Undertone, with sample utclut (of singer/songwriter Laura Jean)
