• Marking the citrix_application_icon.raw_data and citrix_desktop_icon.raw_data as sensitive so they do not crowd the output.
• Fixed the Refresh logic for citrix_stf_authentication_service, citrix_stf_deployment.roaming_beacon and citrix_stf_webreceiver_service.
• Removed Computed: true and default value of "" for gslb_url and callback_url in citrix_stf_deployment.roaming_gateway.
• Remove the authority_id field from roaming_gateway.secure_ticket_authority_urls.
