Steps to test:

  1. Pull this branch and run npm run test to see that the remaining unit tests are passing.
  2. This diff should mostly be the opposite of https://github.com/cityofaustin/atd-moped/pull/823/files besides some attributes we lost along the way and some Prettier changes in the previous PR.
