准备好文件，路径，类别，坐标如下所示，每个文件写成一行
image_path,cls,xmin,ymin,xmax.ymax,cls,xmin,ymin,xmax,ymax
对于训练集和测试集分别生成train.txt和test.txt 同目录下运行
