Pulled apart color.js into six individual tests

Updated Bower version.

1. Added 'noResults' and 'noTestCoverage' states to SuccessCriteria

All WCAG Success Criteria are now evaluated when they apply.

Removed the test scriptFocusIndicatorVisible

19 Success Criteria reporting back

Set a SuccessCriteria to tested status if it has results.

Success Criteria always report now, even if they don't apply.
