Client Libraries
We publish all java-related artifacts to SpringSource' maven repo at: http://maven.springframework.org/milestone
For example, here are the artifacts for the client-lib. http://maven.springframework.org/milestone/org/cloudfoundry/cloudfoundry-client-lib/
As for v2 support, we are quite up to date. In fact, the nightly version of CloudFoundry Eclipse plugin (update site: http://dist.springsource.com/snapshot/TOOLS/cloudfoundry/nightly), which uses cloudfoundry-client-lib already works with v2 end points.
There may be places where the client is a bit behind, so if you find any, please raise an issue.
