About the pull request

Many of the Almayer's room are showing their age or aren't up to a standard I'm particularly happy with. Most of these are complete overhauls, especially in the case of the Flight Crew bunks and the ASO's office, since they've switched places.

There are some other minor changes as well.

Note, this PR changes quite a few rooms, but overall I think for the better.

  • Dropship Workshop
  • Flight Office
  • Saferoom
  • Officer's Study
  • Support Crew Cryobay
  • Upper engineering small storage

I've tested this over 10-15 rounds to make sure everything behaves properly, hopefully I haven't missed anything.

Explain why it's good for the game

Updated room designs will encourage RP, make the ship look nicer and make more overall sense in terms of placement.

Major Changes:

  • ASO is no longer shoved above the tank bay, having a proper office near the rest of Command.
  • Flight Crew is now closer to the hanger, giving them better access to their dropships.
  • Staff Officers now have a decent office/common room, instead of a long hallway filled with tables.
  • Executive Officer's now have a proper office and separated bedroom.
  • Synthetic storage has been overhauled
  • Officer's mess is now fully capable of cooking food, while retaining everything it had before.
  • Command Cryobay has an updated look to match the new rooms.
  • New Hazardous gear storage room next to engi storage, holds 2 normal CBRN suits and supplies for biohazard-style events. (CO access only) ((CBRN SUITS TO BE ADDED LATER))
  • Remade Comms room, allowing better space usage and overall better layout.
  • Intel Office has a better layout
  • Intel Bunks have been needed for awhile

Misc. Changes:

  • CIC medical storage belts moved into armory, the megaphone has been moved out of the Fax Machines way.

  • Changed some disposal pipes and air pipes

  • Minor changes to the lower deck cryobay near medbay

  • OT now spawns upstairs with the other engi staff

  • Floor tiling changes to several sections of the ship

  • Added a basic version of the wearable medical hud

I believe that you may have accidentally removed the cigars from the SEA's Office... y'know they tend to always have a cigar on them :p

This airlock is accessible to normal crew, whereas the white airlock on the right is restricted to flight crew.
Pretty minor, but worth fixing all the same.

Also, might be nice to put a window next to the highlighted airlock, infront of the table.

Oddly specific thing to put out there, but this does axe one of the floodlight boxes which makes it so that MTs can't light the entire LZ on some maps like before. If possible, may not be a terrible idea to slip it in once again somewhere with the others.
