About the pull request

Rebalances OT casing (mostly nerf). Reducing Both OT rocket and Claymore's Shrapnel by almost half (Claymore to 25)(Rocket to 30)

Explain why it's good for the game

Makes OT dependent to Research Chem (EXP). Make OT Claymore unable to Oneshot most of the xenomorph.

there is literally no explanation on "why is this good for the game" for pretty all changes besides claymore ?

i am already working on something for base claymore.
if you reduce the shrapnel it will do no damage when used on 360 mode .

also m40 capacity was literally changed a couple months ago and balance approved in exchange for a metal cost increase.

I am still drafting it. I havent tested most of the casing power. I got busy after making this. But im mostly planning Explosive without research chem to be = with their regular part

i am already working on something for base claymore. if you reduce the shrapnel it will do no damage when used on 360 mode .

Currently I am thinking that having a damage limit on OT shrapnel which only deals 80-75% of HP. I am aware that shrapnel have 0.6 reduction.

For runners. even 15 Shrapnel kills them

I know that even changing the count of shrapnel can still kill small HP xenos. but making it so small kills the use of shrapnel (I barely see it use on other casing)

Also (Incend) Special Shrapnel is so bad that its better to use Base Shrapnel

Might change it back. Currently i see it being underpowered other than flame nades
