added cases for 10-20 million, 10-20 thousand. handles combinations of *teens. added some whitespace for readability. added a few comments

added a few more cases for numbers 10-20 thousand, 10-20 million and any combination. I believe all cases are covered now. If this pull request is too late to be considered please consider my previous pull request which was on time |
I didn't notice negatives were covered. added few lines of code to correct issue
