#How to run

1. Development mode

• npm start and localhost:8080/views
• no sw-precache, only sw-toolbox

2. Production build

• npm run server (in 1 window)
• npm run build (in 2 window), repeat after modification
• localhost:8000

1. rootpath = /app/pager
