Add run of pytest tests

Actually the regressin is much more recent: test pass with trimesh 3.9.30, fail with 3.9.33 .

I tested with pip, and 3.9.32 works, while tests fail at 3.9.33. I opened an issue upstream (mmatl/pyrender#203) to track this.

I disabled the offending tests so that we can at least run the working ones.
