docs: Clearer instructions on where the .continue directory lives #565

In the current docs, it's not clear where .continue lives. Since most vscode extensions live inside of ~/.vscode, it's not obvious to look in ~.

@mhkeller Thanks this is great! Sorry it took me a minute to see it

@LangLangBart Will most likely be adding an option to allow selecting of a different location, which I don't think should affect this documentation - those who set the location of .continue will likely know where to find it
