Description
Yes, this is a massive PR. I will be going through the diff and outlining specific files you should be aware of that changed before requesting review (any bash scripts, js configs, etc) and why those changes were made.
Migrates docs from the previous upstream cosmos-sdk-docs back to here. This is required for the ICF docs site aggregation (demo: https://docs-interchain.io/) as a lot of upstream hacks are required from both sources, which is subpar UX. Further, it is just easier to have it all in 1.
CometBFT and CosmWasm will be doing the same.
