This repository contains some basic code for the topic modeling course that I taught at the Vienna Models & Methods summer school, July, 2022.
I'm leaving this repository here, since it's a URL that some people may have bookmarked, but development on this notebook is continuing on Codeberg, not here.
All code here is licensed under the MIT License. See the LICENSE file. The
documents in the data folder are taken from PLoS Biology, and the licensing
terms for each document are described in the JSON files that contain their
metadata. The vast majority of those documents are released under CC-BY-4.0.
