コンピュータや,インターネット,IoTなどの技術の深化にともなって,実世界(Physical System)とサイバー空間(Cyber System)とは,シームレスに強く結びつくようになりました.そして,これらの技術に立脚した全く新しいコンピューティング技術が誕生し,安心安全で高度な社会を実現しようとしています.本研究グループでは,このCyber Physical System: CPSの技術を核としながら,その構成要素である人工知能(AI),センシング(Sensing),ロボット(Robot),人間(Human),データサイエンス(Data Science),情報可視化(Visualization)などの研究を行っています.
As computing, connectivity, and IoT technologies advance, the connection between the digital world (Cyber Systems) and the real world (Physical Systems) is becoming increasingly seamless. This blurring of the boundaries has enabled new computing technologies that leverage this tighter integration to create devices and environments that are smarter and better able to meet the needs of users and society. Our research group, the Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) laboratory, aims to develop and utilize these new computing technologies to improve our daily lives, producing future societies that are safer, more secure, and advanced. Our research centers on improving and better utilizing the components that make up CPS, specifically, artificial intelligence (AI), sensor technologies, robotics, understanding of human characteristics, data science, and visualization.
