fixes #2059 by injecting the expression out of the if (also while, for and do-while) condition if it contains ternary expression. Instead a new variable of type bool is created which is computed

  • (for if) before it enters if
  • (for while) before it enters while and immediately before next if_loop in the body of while
  • (for for) the same way as for while
  • (for do-while) immediately before if_loop in the body of while
