Contact Tracing - United Kingdom
NHS COVID-19 developed by Palantir for UK NHS. Centralized solution. It uses bluetooth for proximity tracing + GPS (device location).
Trials in progress (Isle of Wight). Current test-builds require at least Android API Level 24 (Nougat 7.0).
On June 18th the BBC reported HERE that the UK app will switch from its centralized architecture to a decentralized one - based on GAEN Google+Apple Exposure Notification API framework.
