Workflow for building & testing, make prisma build

Try using Reviewdog

Use individual actions

Install node beforehand

Don't install globally

Set filter mode

Underscore

Use database service

Use better Prisma object

Make API routes build

Fix typo, remove unnecessary service

Use node version env

Make tests work

Refer to versions properly
