Ansible apt role which manages apt on a ubuntu 12.04 systems, it has two functionalities:

Keeps your apt cache updated, cleans dependencies, removes .deb file and configures your apt system

Does automatic package updates on debian systems (tested on ubuntu 12.04) for more info check automatic-updates
