This pull request implements changes to align django-comments-xtd with its parent's setting
COMMENTS_HIDE_REMOVED. It also creates an additional setting calledCOMMENTS_XTD_PUBLISH_OR_WITHHOLD_NESTED. Read the settings page in the docs to see how they work.This pull request will merge in the branch rel-3.0.0 as it breaks backward compatibility. Version 3.0.0 will be released with additional bug fixes and features.
