We have to let ding proxy the request as the openholdingstatus service isn't meant to be called by browser clients.

Workarond for ding_ill.
Openholdingstatus is the only service that'll tell us if a material can be ordered from anthoer library.
But we have to let ding proxy the request as the openholdingstatus service
isn't meant to be called by browser clients.
