This commit updates the design for material grid to support an optional description for the component. DDFFORM-520
Added stories that reflect the display of the component based on whether title/description is passed to the component. DDDFFORM-520

Description
This PR updates the mark and css for the material grid component with a new prop for displaying a description for the material grid.
