Feature description

Add new document source to the Document Search package. The idea is to target datasets on the Hugging Face. It would be great to be able to specify a path to a dataset, such as micpst/hf-docs?row=2 and create a document based on the contents of the third row.

Motivation

We gonna use dataset from Hugging Face for an example evaluation pipeline (ref #19)
