Add ranker to the fastembed #287

We added a ranker powered by fastembed via deepset-ai/haystack-core-integrations#1178

Here is an update on fastembed.md to add information on the ranker and an example code.

There's one line that I added on the documentation that's my opinion and that might not be what you want. You can remove it if you want:
"- Synergize very well with Qdrant document store and retrievers" - line 35

It's true as Fastembed is made by Qdrant and it allows to have a easy hybrid retriever, but I'm not sure you'll want to include this
