Re-enable recently-disabled E2E CategoryOption merge test that started failing on GitHub only strangely.
Changes
The test setup, importing metadata, now excludes category option combos.
Category option combos should not be imported like this I think.
They are generated programmatically (test now calls maintenance endpoint which triggers category option combo generation)
