Test Kicker is a lightweight autotester based on Testify and Kicker. This project is being developed in tandem with Testify as a usage example / sanity check / the immediate reason we wanted Testify in the first place. Hopefully it will have a more generalized support for various test frameworks (especially RSpec) than autotest does, as well as a more robust set of hooks. Testify itself is envisioned as a general-purpose testing middleware - see github.com/djspinmonkey/testify for more details.

Yeah. That’s pretty much it, as long as you run it from a directory Testify can deal with (eg, a Rails app, anywhere with a spec/ directory, anywhere with a .testify file, etc).
-
Fork the project.
-
Make your feature addition or bug fix.
-
Add tests for it. This is important so I don’t break it in a future version unintentionally.
-
Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)
-
Send me a pull request. Bonus points for topic branches.
