What's this update about?
βΉπΈ Since Elon planned to charge developers for using of the Twitter API, we found a way to ensure the continued existence of LikersBlocker without paying Elon by blocking the users locally in your browser instead of an external web service. The downsite: You can now only block 500 users at once. If you want to block more, you have to logout from Twitter and login again.
We hope you enjoy the new Version! π¦
β¨ New Features
- π No login on the additional ichbinhier-twittertools service and no expensive API access necessary
- βοΈ Accounts are added to a queue that is stored locally in your browser and processed in background bit by bit
- π Export and import block lists as CSV files and share them with others (You can even import blocklists that were exported from RedBlock)
- π¬ Block Twitter ads (Elon does not need more money ;))
- π LikersBlocker is now available in the Edge AddOns Store as well
- π New fancy animations for collecting and blocking process
