WinArena3D

This clone of TESA is based on WinArena and has such changes:

1. Nothing at that moment. Just compile fixes.

Advantages:

1. This port runs on NT5.x+ (XP,2003)

TODO:

1. Fix from 2 to 5 code lines, that have been changed for compile fixing. (Marked as comment "// DPT: ")
2. Test on ReactOS
3. Add new resolutions. (Also Widescreen)

Current projects problems:

1. Render have some artifacts.
