refactor: don't access raw json files and use db instead.

handle story so far by creating a template table to handle parsing workbook during download. read the template table to replace w/ player name on login.

Add comment advising what the player.py file does. Updates the m00_strings table on character logto replace any <pnplacehold> and <snplacehold> tags with their appropriate values.
