Twin Powers Activate

This release includes the account activator window. Once activated the api key will be saved into the 'Settings' file. The application will restart automagically once the file is saved. This release also includes a development mock data server for testing data. Also some basic integration tests have been created to verify the data objects that the mock server and actual real production server handle. Once the production server logic is completed, we will revisit this to verify that it works properly.
