Changes from last build:

• Switched to eg25-manager, now incoming calls are instant.
• Added AppArmor support to kernel
• Fixed NLS misconfiguration (#148)
• Upgrade phosh to 0.10.1
• Upgrade squeekboard to 1.13.0
• Upgrade evince-mobile to 40.1
• Upgrade u-boot to v2021.01-rc4
• GTK3's GtkShortcutsWindow is now adaptive
• PackageKit updates on Phosh now no longer stuck when updating.
