`libvec` v0.1.0

Release of the first "stable" version of the library for easier maintainability of projects which rely on libvec.
If you find any bugs within this release, please file an issue and/or make a PR. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have been currently working on a big redesign of the library with some breaking changes on the API. It's really been on and off as I don't have much time to work on such a project but I hope I'll be able to release it in the next few weeks.
