[scripts] Do per-machine comptime #1467

UNTESTED! Not sure how to safely test this without disrupting service.

Also note, maybe you are right that we should just keep the comptime data local. It would simplify things. Just might be a bit annoying not to be able to actually see it when trying to debug.

But this is my thought on how to best address the issue short of creating VMs or synchronizing our machines.
