Switch from ionic cloud to ionic pro

Simultaneously:

  • upgrade all plugins to their most recent versions
  • really switch away from crosswalk for L+ builds
  • handle android 8 location changes
  • startup fix for deleted local storage objects
  • remove the alpha channel on iOS icons

This actually went through several rounds of upgrades, so the current published version is 2.5.3. But they were minor changes after 2.5.0.
