Setting up Amazon MFA
To use et-otp as a Soft Token for Amazon multi factor authentication you need to go to the Amazon IAM console (this is a bit hidden, you normally only see the option to buy a Gemalto device) and use the Manage MFA Device button. Pick "A virtual MFA device" as the option. A QR code of the secret initialization key will be displayed. You can use the "show secret key for manual configuration" option to get a text representation. On a new page you will have to enter 2 authentication codes.
