Rework comment auto-wrap in ST formatter: - use a separate, fixed comment line width (avoids comments with no space after long lines), - autowrap at word boundaries (avoids breaking up words), - consistent and consecutive indendation of comments, - joining of previously wrapped lines, except for empty lines or lines starting or ending with punctuation (avoids messing up paragraphs or lists), - yield stable results when reformatting.
Add toggle value for all BOOL variables while debugging, including struct members.
As discussed in EPP and Eclipse Platform with modern JVMs these settings do not make sense anymore and removing them can help to address a wider range of users. eclipse-packaging/packages#37
To correctly handle collisions of children of expanded subapps the width of the subapp has to be reduced.
