DIP-46: POD-Based Ticketing At Devcon

Description

We propose to issue Devcon 7 tickets as PODs, enabling attendees to plug into a network of applications and cryptographic gadgets. If tickets are issued as provable object data, Devcon community members can generate ZKPs about their activity that are portable across other platforms—event host websites, Devcon-native applications, and more.
