Adds the following capabilities:

  • Attach build to app store version
  • Ensure app store version exists
  • Create app store version
  • Submit app store version for review
  • Get app store version ID
  • Get build ID
  • Get build status
  • Wait for build processing to complete
  • Add build to external beta testing group
  • Notify external beta testing group about new build
  • Set version localizations
  • Set version review details
  • Set release type during submission for review
  • Update version attributes during submission for review
  • Create external beta testing groups
  • Get external beta testing groups by group name

I just looked at your contribution, it would be nice to have get it merged, there is a lot of work. I'm currently making automation of uploading on stores for both Android and iOS, and it will greatly help to have it. 😃

@woodcockjosh if most of the code has been rewritten, why not create a new repo so you can have a better control of it? I am looking forward for this PR to get merged but it seems like the owner of this repo isn't very prompt to review PRs.
