With 78 RPM Module

The RPM Module extends the Time Machine back to 1898 with the George Blood collection.

Eliminate tapes which do not contain audio.

Set the audio device to null after a long sleep if we are not using pulse audio. This was removed when we went to pulse, but needs to be added back if pulse is not selected.
