Move key copy early in update process

To fix issue where user had very old code and updates to newest. Becuase the key copy only happens in update script, they'll need to update twice to get it. This won't work since we bail on updates if no new code. This fixes that.

User recalibration on screen

Allow user to re-calibrate and set up collections.

Calibrate Step -- speedup time to turn on screen.

This release has calibration step, which makes the screen come on BEFORE the wifi is ready.
