FID is still captured by the agent and will still be available on the page metrics. The UI has been updated to showcase the INP values from 8.12.

Related to elastic/observability-docs#3424, elastic/observability-docs#3531
Adds information on interaction to next paint (INP) metrics.
To do
It wasn't clear if the agent will stop collecting first input delay (FID) data or if the UI just won't display it anymore in stack version 8.12 and higher. Should the info on First input delay (FID) be removed or should it stay? (I just commented it out for now.)
