Summary

  • Fixes issue where deletes all connectors before starting
  • fixes issue where the first page is index_management
  • fixes devconsole tests
  • fixes where the creating the connector and searching for it may not appear (as hasn't propagated) made this test retry

Checklist

Thank you for fixing the tests! Do you know if we can monitor the subset of FTR tests that we (E&T) own - so that we avoid such situation in the future?
