…odal name for Reset to default (elastic#202718) Closes: elastic#201127 **Description** Dialog modal visible name should be announced for the users, especially using assistive technology to know what dialog modal opened. **Preconditions** Stateful Workplace Search -> Settings -> Customize page is opened. PNG file is added for Organization icon. Use Screen Reader (NVDA). **Changes made:** 1. aria-labelledby={modalTitleId} attribute was added for mentioned EuiModal (cherry picked from commit d081990)
