unicorn-reload

sample app to demonstrate no-downtime reloads with unicorn.

usage:
* checkout the app at initial commit (i.e. no fastercsv in Gemfile)
* bundle install (preferably inside of a fresh rvm gemset)
* start the server e.g. with
unicorn master -D -c /path/to/checkout/unicorn.rb /path/to/checkout/config.ru
* hit the server at /foo or /bar; /fcsv will 404
* checkout the second revision (i.e. the one that introduces fastercsv)
* bundle install
* reload
kill -USR2 `cat log/unicorn.pid`
* hit /fcsv
