This is a pretty big change as it effects a lot of other dependencies.

I added a commit bumping some of them. But it looks like we would need synedrion and tdx-quote to use rand_core v0.9.0 - otherwise we have to fiddle around with two different versions of it simultaneously which i'd rather not do.

@fjarri @dvdplm let us know if you have plans to bump rand_core in the next synderion release. Otherwise i would probably just close this PR for now.

The newly released crypto-bigint 0.6 still depends on rand_core 0.6. It is not clear when crypto-bigint 0.7 will come out, so until then it'll create a lot of version clashing problems. Can we wait on this bump?

Edit: it is possible we will get a quick dependency bump. See RustCrypto/crypto-bigint#752. In that case I'll update our stack too.
