Same as 0.8, but with proxy:rewrite functionality fixed (not really).

This field might not work with your Stalker portal and it will break your STB functionality when it is enabled. I suggest using client application that does not load Stalker portal in browser mode, but instead uses API. For example, I had most success using Android app OTT Navigator IPTV. This means throwing your existing STB box into the trash bin and getting brand new Android box, like Mi Box. Install OTT Navigator IPTV and enjoy even better TV experience because this app supports literally everything I've expected - IPTV streams, EPG + recordings of everything for the past 7 days with nice integration, VOD).

• Added action=logoff request faking. This was the last peace of puzzle that I wanted to fix for Proxy service.
• Added highly experimental option for Proxy service to force IPTV streams to go through this application, therefore helping in scenarios where IPTV provider blocks streams from different source IPs. See more here and you can find this option here.

Because of above experimental option, application now requires few additional fields from Stalker middleware, which might not exist in all Stalker portals, causing this whole application to fail. If this happens - raise an issue and use previous release.

Tested Proxy and HLS services on 1 stalker portal and HLS only on another one - works fine on these 2 devices.

EDIT: rewrite option is indeed completely broken. Code in upcoming tags/releases or in the master branch contain fixes.

• Removed timeout for communication with Stalker middleware because it seems 10sec is not always enough to retrieve list of channels from Stalker middleware.

Just as in previous release, it works without issues with at least 4 different stalker portals that I've tried so far.
