Ennen muutosta viestit-osio poistui näkyvistä, kun hakemus otettiin palveluohjauksessa käsittelyyn, ja muuta syytä viestit-osion näkymiselle ei ollut. Muutoksen jälkeen viestit-osio pysyy näkyvissä riippumatta hakemuksen tilasta, kunhan postilaatikossa on luettavia viestejä. Hakemukseen liittyviin viesteihin pystyy vastaamaan kunnes hakemus on loppuunkäsitelty.
