fixes #18945

  • prevent merging data from yaml and db entries
  • UI configuration always takes precedence over evcc.yaml values (top level)

Was heißt "top level"?
Ich habe bei meters und bei vehicles noch ein Mix wegen custom.
Oder gilt der PR nur für Tarife?

Ja korrekt.
Ladepunkte, Fahrzeuge, Meter, Charger und Site werden weiterhin zusammengeführt (mischen ist möglich). Bei allem anderen übersteuert der UI Wert (falls gesetzt) die evcc.yaml.
