Problem

Many members of the legislature have honorifics attached to their names.

Solution

Add an honorifics_suffix field so that:

  :name: Juan Paul WATTERSON BA FCA CMgr FCMI SHK

beomes:

  :name: Juan Paul WATTERSON
  :honorific_suffix:  BA FCA CMgr FCMI SHK
